RBS worked closely with the owner and his construction manager to coordinate the project that included a tie-in to an existing tilt wall showroom with valley gutter, updating tilt wall showroom fascia to match new addition and coordinating with canopy manufacturer to ensure new fascia and canopy functioned properly. RBS provided the metal building, erection labor, rolling steel doors, overhead crane & new fascia for existing showroom.

Challenges included: designing and detailing metal building with askew rooflines. RBS worked closely with Colliers architect to develop this building plan. RBS provided metal building and erection labor.
