Zodiac Enterprises, LLC
- Location: Caldwell, Texas.
- Building type: Light Industrial.
- Project Size: 38,600 Sq. ft.
- Project Description: Zodiac came to RBS with little more than a simple floor plan. RBS worked in conjunction with consulting architects to design their entire facility. When Zodiac decided to expand, they called RBS again.
- Design and construction challenges: “Sitework” more than 64,000 cubic yards of fill material were used on this project. The 70,000 sq. ft. site had more than 5 acres of concrete.
- RBS provided general contracting and design services.

Tarlton Supply, Inc.
- Location: Brenham, Texas.
- Building type: Light Industrial.
- Project size: 125,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled manufacturing and warehousing space distributed over 10 buildings on 15 acres.
- Project description: RBS built the majority of the metal buildings for Tarlton Supply. Once we started working for Bob Handly, the former owner, he only contracted with us for all his metal buildings. Since then the MIC Group bought out the company.
- RBS continues to bid and construct metal building projects at both of MIC’s Brenham facilities.
